On the 8th March I had an operation to reconstruct my ACL and MCL, as well as having a lateral tenodesis.

Mum suggested I should keep a diary so I thought by documenting the whole rehab journey, yes I know it will be along one. It will be a great way to be kept accountable and to remember what I did and the journey I went on. From the ups and downs of injuries to all the physio I will need along the way.

MAGNETIC ISLAND 🌴 ✨ Here’s a cheeky throwb MAGNETIC ISLAND 🌴 ✨

Here’s a cheeky throwback to one of my absolute favourite places in Australia. I fell in love with the “barbie” cars, wild koalas, beautiful beaches, incredible walks and beautiful birds.

If anyone is considering an East Coast trip, this has to be at the top of your places to stop.

Maggie stole my heart and I can’t wait to one day return. Blog post with all my recommendations coming soon ....

Bye for Now ✌🏼
SNORKELLING THE GREAT BARRIER REEF, CAIRNS ✨ Si SNORKELLING THE GREAT BARRIER REEF, CAIRNS ✨

Since I can remember I have adored swimming. I’ve been a water baby from the get go. From racing competitively at a young age, to now just find beauty and peace in water. Visiting and swimming in the Great Barrier Reef has always been at the top of my bucket list. So of course when I got to Cairns, I had to make the most of it. And there was no better way to end my trip in Australia.

HUGE thanks to @ratpacktravel for organising the trip and @passionsofparadise for making it such an awesome day out.

After deciding to escape safely and momentarily from the U.K. We packed up our car and drove for 13 hours before we arrived in Switzerland or as I like to call it home.

During our one day of our week away, we decided to go and do one of the more iconic hikes in Zermatt, to try and glimpse the Matterhorn in all its glory.
